American National provides commercial real estate due diligence management services and products to our clients. Our products and services include ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey Coordination and Zoning Compliance Reports.  In addition, we transfer collected data to our clients regarding products and services.

Clients use our solutions and information to close or report on commercial real estate transactions. In providing the stated services, American National acts as a service provider for our clients, which means American National is a third party that processes data on behalf of our clients. The client, not American National, owns data collected via the American National solution. American National is not responsible for its clients' privacy policies and makes no representations about their accuracy.

If problems arise with a client's service, we will work with the client to resolve the problems and prevent them in the future.
