Folded Format

All American National surveys are folded to 8 ½” x 11” for easy filing.
From this folded format, clients may easily reference Project Name, Site Name & Address.

Open Format

Surveyor’s Certification will always appear on the front cover.*

Surveyor’s Written Description will always appear on the back cover
or directly below the Surveyor’s Certification when opened.*

Title Commitment Legal Description will appear in this area.*

Notes Corresponding to Schedule B will be listed in this area
and then keyed in the survey using the same label.*

Encroachment Statements will be found listed here
and then keyed in the survey using the same label.*

Zoning Information is a standard feature.*

Utility Notes will appear on the survey.*

A Flood Note will be shown at the bottom of each survey.*

Additional General Notes will be included.*
